A funeral Liturgy for Dennis B. Stack 61, of Casper will be celebrated Monday,
December 19 at 10:00 am at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, with Father Michael Carr as the Celebrant.
Internment will be in the Mountian View Cemetery Riverton, Wyoming at 2:15 PM
Viewing will be Sunday 3 to 6 PM at Newcomer Family Funeral Home.
Dennis died Thursday, December 15, at Wyoming Medical Center,
Casper Wyoming after a long and courageous battle with multiple sclerosis.
He was born October 8, 1944 in Denver, Colorado to Dr. Bernard D. and Gertrude L. Stack.
He graduated from Riverton High school and earned
a Master of Science in Electrical engineering and a
PHD in Biomecanhical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
After college he was employed by 3M in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Americal Medical Corperation in Los Angelas.
Dennis was known for his quick wit and remarkable intelligence. He was a life long member of the Catholic faith.
He was active in the Knights of Columbus, AA, NRA,
and in all likelihood never voted for a democrat in his entire life.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, several Uncles, Aunts, and cousins and many loving friends.
He is survived by his brother Jerry and wife of Casper, two nephews Jerad and Brian, an
Aunt, Anne Stack of Cheyenne, two cousins and many loving friends.
Memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or St Margaret's Catholic Church in Riverton, Wyoming.
Newcomer Family Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
