Deanna Lynn Sadler, 73, of Casper, Wyoming peacefully passed away at her home surrounded by her family on February 14, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born to Donald and the late Myrtle Kihle in Conrad, MT. Deanna graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in 1969.
She married the late Greg Warren November 8, 1969 in Casper, WY and had two sons, Lance (Tiffany) and Shane. They lived together in Killeen, TX, Casper, WY, Long Branch, NJ, Ogden, UT and Edmonds, WA.
Following Greg's death, Deanna moved back to Casper and met Kevin Sadler. They were married in January 2005 in Casper, WY.
Deanna worked as a legal secretary for several attorneys throughout her career including Williams, Porter, Day, and Neville and the Natrona County District Attorney's Office.
Deanna's language of love was in the kitchen where she meticulously poured her love into every dish that she prepared and generously shared with her friends and family. Deanna passed along her love for cooking to her sons and her granddaughter Kailee-Grey. Deanna also enjoyed creating many memorable homemade gifts for each and every one of her grandchildren who will find comfort in these special memories!
Deanna is survived by her father Don Kihle, her siblings, Candy Rademaker and Kim Kihle (Susan), husband Kevin Sadler, sons Lance (Tiffany) Warren and Shane Warren, stepdaughters Ronda (Doyle) Meyer, Teresa (Bart) Stricklin and Janet (John) Hoyt. Her grandchildren Layne, Cameron, Kailee-Grey, Halsten, and Palmer. And bonus grandchildren Garrett, Quentin, Anna, Andrew, Shelby, Rachel and Olivia. And of course her loyal fur babies, Rosco and Bella.
The Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 11 AM at St. Patrick's Catholic Church 400 Country Club Road. A reception will follow at the church. Interment will be held at Oregon Trail State Veteran's Cemetery on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 10 AM.
The family is filled with gratitude for the compassionate care of Deanna provided by the team from Rocky Mountain Oncology and Central Wyoming Hospice. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions or Jason's Friends Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
