CASPER -- Services for Crystal Kay Harris, 38, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 22, 2007, at Newcomer Family Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Lance from First Church of the Nazarene. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery.
She died June 17, 2007, at Wyoming Medical Center.
She was born Oct. 2, 1968, in Riverton, the daughter of Clifford L. Wright Sr., and Jacqueline K. Shumaker.
She moved to Casper in time to start first grade and graduated in 1987 from Natrona County High School.
When she was a child, Grandma and Grandpa always had a big family Christmas and she always looked forward to that time of sharing and giving. Christmas was her favorite holiday.
She and Brian Harris dated off and on through high school and finally married May 31, 2006.
At the time of her death, she was working at Life Care Center of Casper.
Survivors include her husband of Casper, two daughters, Melissa Pederson of Washington and Lisa Pederson of Casper; sons, Tom Pederson of Casper, Larry Lee Hoover of Carl Junction, Mo., and Mark James Harris of Casper; her mother, Jacqueline White of Casper; her brother, Clifford Wright, DVM, of Bullhead City, Ariz., her grandmother, Eva Shumaker of Casper; nine grandchildren, one nephew, one niece, two uncles and various cousins.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Walter James Wright; her grandfather, James W. Shumaker Sr., and her grandfather, Lester Harris.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
Newcomer Family Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
