Constance Ann Keller, 56, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on June 26, 2014, after a hard-fought battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. She passed from this world into the next at home, surrounded by her children and their spouses.
Connie was born on May 4, 1958 to Karl and Patricia Keller in Baltimore, Maryland. She was the fifth born of their six children. The family moved to Oahu before her second birthday. She enjoyed the beauty of the Hawaiian Islands and the Pacific Ocean until she was 21 years old. She then moved to Milpitas, California where she met and married Ian Storlie and had her two children, Laura Amanda and Sean Michael. She was a devoted stay-at-home mother, wife and homemaker for several years. Connie and Ian later divorced and she remained single for the rest of her years. She was always involved in her children's lives, always present, even while working full-time and managing a home on her own.
Jesus and her family were Connie's whole world. She was loving, compassionate, loyal and faithful. She made friends of strangers with her smile and contagious joy. She loved old trains, the ocean, dark chocolate and anything Hawaiian. She was present at the births of all four of her grandchildren and loved spending time with each of them. She was an active church member and was most alive when worshipping our Lord.
Connie will be remembered for her deep faith and reliance on God in the good times and the hard times. She lived her life with a heart full of praise and gratitude. She will be remembered as a precious, devoted Mom and Nana, who instilled a deep love for Jesus Christ in her children and grandchildren. She was a beautiful, tender, joyful woman whose spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
Connie is survived by her brothers, Karl Keller, Steven Keller, Damian Keller, and Peter (Brenda) Keller; her sister, Patty (Ambrose) Kamai; her daughter, Laura (Beau) Gamble; her son, Sean (Danielle) Storlie; and her grandchildren, Dakota, Wyatt, Landon and Tanner Gamble. She is preceded in death by her parents, Karl and Patricia Keller.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations in her name be made to First Baptist Church in Casper, Wyoming.
