Connie Mitford-Barberton

Constance Jeanne Mitford-Barberton was born in Worland, Wyoming May 22nd 1946 to Kenneth and Genevieve King. She passed away November 16th 2024 at home in Casper, WY.

Connie graduated from Worland High School. From her first marriage she had two children, Michael and Michele Strauch. She later gave birth to a son Ian A. Mitford-Barberton. Connie lived in Phoenix, AZ where she ran a women’s fashion retail store. She then moved to Las Vegas, NV and owned an operated a construction business selling and installing Euro tile. Connie then moved back to Casper, WY to be closer to her aging mother. There she met John Septer. They spent 25 years together. They enjoyed listening to and dancing to the JD Blues Band. They also enjoyed golfing and fishing. In later years they enjoyed gaming and an occasional meal out.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, son Michael, daughter Michele, numerous Aunts and Uncles. She is survived by her son Ian (Angie) and her life partner John and John’s entire family.

A public visitation will be held on December 4th, 2024 at 11:00 am with a Memorial Service to follow at 1:00 pm at Casper Newcomer Chapel with Internment to follow at Highland Cemetery.
