Cinda was born on May 24, 1952 in Wichita, Kansas, and recently retired from the IRS and moved to Casper, Wyoming.
Cinda was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Doris Nighswonger.
She is survived by her son, Curtis Sandberg (Chantel), granddaughter Carlee and grandson Skyler Sandberg, and great-granddaughter Lilith, brother Chuck Nighswonger (Martha), brother Frank Nighswonger (Aleen) and brother Bill Nighswonger (Wendy).
