CASPER -- Services for Christine Dalgarno, 86, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 20, 2007, at Newcomer Family Funeral Home in Casper with Al Allen of Paradise Valley Christian Church officiating. Interment is in Highland Cemetery in Casper.
She died April 8, 2007, at Central Wyoming Hospice Home.
She was born May 17, 1920, in Casper, the daughter of Alexander McRae and Flora Belle Michie.
She was raised in Casper and graduated from NCHS in 1939.
She married Joseph W. Dalgarno in Salem, Ore., on April 11, 1942.
She enjoyed trips to Jackson Lake and camping at Colter Bay in the summers for the past 60 years.
She enjoyed family gatherings during the holidays and throughout the year.
After her husband died in 1970, she devoted her life to her children and grandchildren
Survivors include daughters, Sharol Adams and husband and Mary Jo Pekuri, all of Casper; sons, Bob Dalgarno and his wife and Dave Dalgarno, all of Casper; a brother, Donnie McRae, Cheyenne; five grandsons, one great-granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sisters, Charlotte Gordon and Catherine Morgan; brothers, Kenneth McLean, Clyde McLean, and Alexander "Pete" McLean; a son-in-law and a nephew.
