Charles Anthony Ripperger, Jr. was born in Ft. Dodge, Iowa on November 1, 1956. His family moved to Casper, Wyoming when he was 2 1/2 years old. He attended Southridge Elementary School, CY Jr. High School and Natrona County High School. He graduated Natrona County High School in May of 1975. He then attended Boston College in Boston, Massachusetts for three years to study for the African Missions. He then moved to Florida where he met his wife Patti. After 25 years of marriage, Patti died on March 14, 2011. He purchased 5 acres land in Florida where he raised and sold Asian Vegetables.
Charles died from a cardiac arrest on November 27, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Craig and wife, Patti.
He is survived by his parents Charles, Sr. and Joyce Ripperger; sisters, Cathy Kebert, Cindy (Dave) Evans and Connie (Larry) Traywick and brother, Fr. Chad Ripperger; numerous nieces, nephews and other friends and relatives.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Friday, December 4, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home Chapel, a Recitation of the Rosary will be held this evening at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church with Interment to follow at Wyoming Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
