Life History:
Born in Salem, Illinois July 10, 1921, son of Haste E. and Jenny Harrison.
His dad passed away when he was 16 months old, his mother passed away when he was 12 years old.
Ed was raised at Thomas Dunn Memorial for boys, which is supported by Big Brothers Association of St. Loius.
Then he attended U S A C college in Utah, before enlisting in the army air corp in 1942.
Prior to his military service he married Melba Arnot and had a daughter Jane Harrison.
After his discharge he moved back to Utah where he was employed at General Foods and
Liby foods before going to work for Fisher Brewery. Working for Fishers Brewery in Wyoming
Ed met and married Ida Raieevich his wife of 46 years. They owned and operated Ida`s Inn in Kerby Wy.
Till 1958. After moving to Casper Wy, he worked for Gienmore Dist. Then Calverts Dist.
Before becoming Northwest Regional Manager for Seagrams Dist. For 36 years.
He enjoyed many activities such as fishing, hunting,golfing, gardening and
attending to his planter filled with flowers.
Survivors include one daughter Jane Wilcox of Henderson, NV, one son Alex Johnson of Casper WY.
5 grand children, 4 great grand children.
Memorials: to Big Brothers and Big Sisters at 400 East 1st street , Casper Wy 82601.
