CASPER -- Services for Bob Watson, 84, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2007, at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, conducted by family and friends.
He died June 14, 2007, at Wyoming Medical Center.
He was born July 21, 1922, in Sargent, Neb., the son of Louis Watson and Ora Sillivan.
He graduated from Craig High School in 1941 in Craig, Colo.
He worked for Texaco until he served in the Navy in 1941 and served until the end of the war. He received a presidential citation during World War II
After the war, he worked for Texaco Oil Refinery until transferring to Casper in 1947.
He was employed with Texaco until retirement in 1980.
After retirement, he and his wife traveled around the country in their Winnebago.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, daughter, Babara Bailey and her husband and son, John Watson, all of Casper; three sisters and one brother; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.

Newcomer Family Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
