Robert Arthur Iserman, age 88, of Casper, WY passed away peacefully at Central Wyoming Hospice on March 28, 2017. Bob was born October 29, 1928 in Cheyenne, WY to Rex and Mae (Hester) Iserman. He attended Natrona County High School and graduated in 1946. While attending college in Springfield, Massachusetts he met Jacquelyn Chapman. In 1952, he married the love of his life, Jacki, in Casper, Wyoming. He completed his Bachelors Degree in Physical Education from University of Wyoming. He was a teacher and a gymnastics coach at Kelly Walsh High School and Natrona County High School for many years. Robert was a Founding Member of the Casper Water Ski Club and a member of the Elks. After retirement, he began making arrow heads and traveled around the state of Wyoming to educate students about how they were made.
In addition to his parents, Robert was also preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Jacki and son, Glenn Iserman. He is survived by his Daughter, Dori (Angelo) Hill, Grandsons, Casey (Sarah) Hill and Rory Hill, grandaughter, Kamlyn (Chris) Tenorio, and great-granddaughters, Tatum and Ella Tenorio.
The visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the beginning of the Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home on Saturday, April 1, 2017.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Casper Humane Society or a charity of the donor's choice in Robert's memory.
