Betty Jane Woodcock, 96, of Casper Wyoming, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday May 16 at 7:43.
She was born to Albert R Laue and Lucy Lantha Mott on December 2, 1920 at Kearney, Nebraska. She was married to Raymond Arthur Woodcock.
Betty worked as a chicken plucker and a egg handler in her early years. She and Raymond moved to Casper, Wyoming and lived there until her death.
She was active in her church, Winter Memorial Presbyterian Church, and served as a Deacon there and was a active member of the 'Busy Bees'.
She raised one child, Lori in Casper. She was a lover of animals and had 2 dogs, Ginger and Cody. She enjoyed friends and family and loved to laugh. She liked travel; and enjoyed trips to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Texas and camping trips.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Lori; grandsons, Jeremy ,Noah, and Caleb; a granddaughter, Jenny all of Casper; and a sister, Midge. She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Lucy Laue; husband, Raymond; sisters, Dorothy, Roberta, and Rosella; and brothers, Vic and Don.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Monday, May 22, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home Casper Chapel. A Funeral Service will follow that day at 11:00 AM at the funeral home chapel. Interment will take place at Wyoming Memorial Gardens in Casper.
