Bertha Overby, 94 passed away peacefully on March 11, 2014 at Central Wyoming Hospice.
She was born on December 15, 1919 in Hettinger, North Dakota, she had three siblings, Pauline, Mary and Harold.
She lived in Montana for a time and was married to Paul Horner, they had one child, LeRoy in 1943. The later divorced, Bertha moved to Casper, sometime around 1950. Bertha met and married Everett Overby in 1951. She worked as a waitress in the Henning Townsend & Gladstone Hotels.
When Bertha & Everett retried they traveled around the U.S., but most of their time was spent doing their favorite thing, fishing at Boysen and especially Pathfinder.
Bertha is survived by her daughter-in-law Pat Horner, she has three grandchildren, Brian Horner, Lisa Tuma and Chris Horner, also four great-grandchildren, Brinley, Miles and Carstin Tuma and Keaton Horner.
