Bernita Maye Case

May 5, 1936 — September 3, 2014

Our angel Bernita Maye Case went to be with The Lord on September 3, 2014. Born on May 5, 1936 to Melvin and Gladys Overmiller as the second child in a set of triplets. She was proud to be one of the first recorded triplets in the state of Nebraska, sharing that honor with her sisters Juanita Faye and Bernice Raye.

Bernita loved her family very much. She enjoyed being a caregiver to everyone. She never knew a stranger. Her heart and house were always open to anyone and no one ever left hungry or empty handed.

She was an active member of the Glenrock Red Hat Society, worked at the Glenrock Breakfast House, and volunteered her time at the Glenrock Senior Center alongside her sister Juanita.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband "Red" Walter James Case, son James Elliott Case, sister Alene Plock, brothers Lloyd and Ronnie Overmiller.

She is survived by her siblings Riva Helbert, Dottie Loose, Juanita Ogden, Bernice Sell, and Kenny Overmiller. Children Dena Gardiner, ( Rick Scheehle), Russell Case, and Dorine Miller ( Paul Miller), 7 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.

She was a blessing to everyone she met and will be missed greatly.

Services will be held at the Community Baptist Church in Glenrock, Wyoming on September 5, 2014 at 3:00 PM with a reception following at the Glenrock Senior Center at 4:30 PM.
