Barbara Ann Tomlinson

Barbara Ann Bounds Tomlinson passed peacefully from this world early the morning of May 3, 2023, after a brief fight against cancer.

Barb was born April 6, 1954, in Spokane WA to Ernest Bernard Bounds and Dorothy Lee Smith (Bounds).
Barb graduated from Riverside High School in Chattaroy WA and afterwards attended College there in WA. She worked for a time as an Administrative Assistant for a couple of different companies. She eventually met and married Jeff Tomlinson and they have a son, Christopher Tomlinson who still resides in WA.

After divorcing Jeff, Barb moved to Casper WY to be closer to her big brother, David Bounds. Barb lived at the Saint Anthony Manor Apartments with her best friend Phoebe, her pet chihuahua. Phoebe has been adopted by Barb's good friend and neighbor Anthony Tanzi.

Barb was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Dorothy, as well as by her older brother John Bounds and her ex-husband Jeff. She is survived by her son Christopher Tomlinson (Spokane WA) and her older brother David Bounds (Casper WY) along with many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday May 20 at 11:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints chapel located at 1922 South Poplar Street in Casper.
