Ayla "A.J." June Jones, 22, was taken from us way too soon on March 25, 2014 following the death of her beloved husband, William "Willy J" Ray Jones, who passed away March 24, 2014.
She married her best friend and soul mate on October 29, 2012 after being together for four years prior to their marriage. They lived hard, played hard, and worked hard, but most of all they loved hard. They both had big hearts and would help anyone they were able. They shared a love of loud music and playing games, but no matter what else was going on, Ayla's heart and her main focus was always on her "Honey Bear" and her dog "her baby," Noah butt. We all knew Will's heart and focus were on his "Baby Girl." Ayla was very beautiful and smart, and from the moment she could speak she was very articulate. Ayla was very easy to get along with, and she had a lot of friends and family who loved her dearly. She had a vast collection of momentos from the past; things that people had given her that she cherished with her whole heart.
Her sense of humor, along with her husband's humor, will be missed. They were both well traveled, and they had humor from all over the United States to share. They both shared the same dark humor that not a lot of people understood, but as two people in love did, they shared everything. They were soul mates from meeting to departure.
She is survived by her sisters: Chrystal Shaffer, Dona Shaffer, Samantha Shaffer, and Aspen Mead, and her brothers, Stefen Shaffer and Christopher Mead, her nieces, Serene Wallace and Wreika Yates, her parents, Nicole Shaffer and Clay Mead, and her step-mom Sheri Mead, and her grandparents, Donald and Alberta Shaffer.
