Butch 'Arnold' L. Brammer

CASPER -- Funeral services for Butch "Arnold" L. Brammer, 62, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Casper with Pastor Brenda Baalhorn officiating. Interment will be in Wyoming Memorial Gardens.
He died Oct. 12, 2007, at Wyoming Medical Center.
He was born Feb. 11, 1945, in Kentfield, Calif., the son of Ernest Brammer and Bessie Lee Cox. He grew up in Toole County, Mont., excelling in basketball during his school years.
Upon finishing school he married Andrea Miller. She preceded him in death after 31 years of marriage and three children.
In his early years he worked in construction, then in the oil fields for many years. He moved to Casper in 1985 from Havre, Mont.
He was active in the Boy Scouts with his son and was a member of the NRA. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, boating, black powder shooting, reloading, gun collecting, puzzles and books. Most special to him were his family and grandchildren, and he was known for his big heart and unique sense of humor.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby Brammer of Casper; three daughters, Michelle Fisher and her husband and Kellie Wall, all of Casper, and Katie McDermott of Aztec, N.M.; two sons, Jeffery Babcock and his wife of Durango, Colo., and Wayne Wall of Casper; a sister, Ida Greenwalt of Belton, Texas; a brother, Jim McColley and his wife of Oklahoma; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his first wife, he was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Bryan Brammer.
In lieu of flowers, monetary memorial donations would be appreciated and made to Ruby Brammer.
