Antonio "Tony" Jurado was born in Rawlins, Wyoming to his mother Gloria Ruffini and father Antonio Jurado, Jr. on December 12th, 1986. His family shortly after his birth moved to Lander, Wyoming where Tony grew up. He was the best "bmx and skater in Fremont County!", his friends often quoted.
As Tony grew into adulthood, he found his roots in Casper, Wyoming. He became a first time father to a beautiful daughter, Landyn Burt. Then only less than 2 years ago Tony and significant other, Sterling Ramirez, welcomed into this world their darling daughter Antonina "Nina" Jeanne Jurado.
Tony's life was tragically taken from us as a passenger in car wreck last Thursday at the young age of 35 years old.
"Little Tony" enjoyed dirt bike riding and fishing with his Dad "Big Tony" and was adored by his mother Gloria.
Tony loved to spend time dancing and singing with his daughter. They would "beat box" a song remixed by Dada called "Boots & Cats" and Nina would join in on the dancing and beat boxing while holding her Dada's hand for a quick twirl. Of course, he had to let his famous french bull dog, Baxter, join the dance as well! He enjoyed teaching Nina new things and achieving her monthly milestones. His favorite movie to watch before bed with Nina was Hotel Transylvania, saying "I just adore the similarities in the father and daughter relationship".
Tony's favorite hobbies included motorcycles, bowling and skate boarding. Tony had a kind and giving soul and helped anyone in need. His face was handsome and eyes were kind. He was an extremely hard worker.
Tony could look at the fun in any situation and made the best out of everything. He could make friends with anyone and could talk to people so easily. His personality was cheerful, easy going and humorous!
He had a skill for all that he touched. He was a winner, a hard worker, a provider, a father, a partner, a son, a brother and a friend.
Tony survives through his father Antonio Jurado, Jr., and mother Gloria Ruffini; sisters Alyssa Jurado and Cecilia Mohren; aunt Cynthia Jurado; his daughters Antonina Jurado and Landyn Burt; two nieces Currency Jurado and Trinity Jurado; nephews J.T., Ryan and Joey Mohren; and his significant other Sterling Ramirez among many other relatives. Tony is proceeded in death by grandparents Sophie Alderete, Antonio Jurado, Sr., Guerino Merion Ruffin, and Dorothy Ann RUFFINI; an uncle Patrick Jurado and cousin Norman Jo Crutchfield.
