Ann D. Voth

March 7, 1942 — February 23, 2014

Ann D. Voth, born March 7, 1942 in Sheridan, was the daughter of Arthur Hansen and Elizabeth (Strong) Hansen. She passed away February 23, 2014 at Shepherd of the Valley Care Center in Casper, Wyoming after a courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis and Alzheimer's. Ann was a language arts teacher in Missoula, Lander and Casper (CYJH). She was an active member of the teacher's service association while in Casper. She retired from teaching in 1993.

Ann was married to Rodney Voth, June 1, 1974. They planned and made their home east of Evansville.

Ann loved to travel and was in Hawaii numerous times along with many NJCAA national basketball championships in Hutchinson, Kansas.

She loved animals, especially her German Shepherds (Ella, Kola and Fella).

Ann is preceded in death by her father, mother, and nephew (JB Hansen).

She is survived by her husband Rod, brothers George (LuAnn), Jack (Francis), plus many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Ann will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 710 E. 2nd Street, on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers/gifts, donations may be made to the Casper Humane Society.
