Delores "Dee" Stirrett

Delores “Dee” Mae Stirrett passed on June 30, 2024 at Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions in Casper Wyoming.
Dee was born September 9,1935 in Martin, South Dakota to Robert J and Molly Coleman. The Coleman family moved to Mitchell Nebraska where Dee and her seven siblings attended elementary school through High School. Dee was the eldest of 8 children (4 girls and 4 boys),13 years older than her youngest sibling Kathy. Dee met her husband “Bob” through youngest brother Jerry. One day after school when she arrived to pick up Jerry, he introduced her to his Teacher, Mr. Stirrett. That following June 21,1958 Dee married Robert “Bob” Stirrett. They moved to Casper Wyoming where they started their family and life together raising two boys Tim and Troy. Dee and Bob were married 43 years up to Bob’s passing.
Dee is survived by her son Tim (Cindy) Stirrett, grandson Michael of Casper and two younger sisters Neola Reisig, and Kathy (Rod) Schildt of Scottsbluff Nebraska and two sister-in-law’s Mary (Richard) Coleman and Sandy (Jerry) Coleman, and multiple nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Bob and Son Troy, brothers Bob, Russ, Richard and Jerry Coleman, and sister Karen and (Cal) Corcoran and brother-in-law Ron (Neola) Reisig.
A small family service was held.
