Mary E. Stack, 95, of Casper, Wyoming passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Shepherd of the Valley Care Center in Casper.
Mary was born on February 25, 1928 in Crescent City, California to Charles and Alma Thomas. She married Glen Marvin Stack on February 2, 1946 in Grand Junction, Colorado. They were blessed with two children, 3 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
Mary enjoyed to shoot black powder rifles and she had won numerous competitions in Wyoming for her shooting skills. She also enjoyed carving, painting and floral designing, she was a very talented artist. Most of all, Mary treasured her time with her family and will be greatly missed.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents; 5 sisters and her husband, Glen Stack.
She is survived by her two children, Ken (Jane) Stack and Glena (Ted) Thompson; Scott (Robyn) Stack, Brent (Shelly) Stack, and Laurie Thompson; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
