Cora Antionette Rowland

Cora A Tescher Rowland, age 79, of Casper passed away on April 16, 2023. Cora was born June 16, 1943 in Sentinel Butte, ND. She graduated from Natrona County High School in 1962.

Cora married Bill Rowland on August 26, 1962.

Cora cleaned houses for many years in the Casper area before she was employed with the School District in the mid 1980's. Cora retired from Natrona County Schools in 2005. Cora and Bill just celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. She loved to share her baking with all. Over the years she enjoyed many outdoor activities including; hunting with her family, golfing, fishing, snowmobiling, camping and riding her four-wheeler. Most of all she loved playing bingo weekly with friends and family.

Cora is survived by her husband Bill, daughters Gail (Dan) Clark, Casper, Janet (Marty) Masters, Dayton, WY, Diana Laughon, Casper, son Paul (Susan) Rowland, Quinebaug, CT. Grandchildren Amanda Macy, Caleb Clark, Alicia Clark, Jessica Garden, Christopher Poglajen, Cecilia Laughon, Augusta Laughon, Zach Rowland, Madison Rowland and Alex Rowland. She was blessed with 11 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild on the way. She taught all of her grandkids to play cribbage, blitz and farkle.

A Celebration of Life, will be held at the Mills Community Center, 401 Wasatch Mills, WY on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 1:00 pm.
